Our kitchen is guided by nature and what our farmers have to offer. Due to the complexity of our menu, we cannot offer a gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan menu or a menu without fish, crustaceans and shellfish. A pescatarian menu can be provided if this is mentioned at the time of reservation. Allergies or intolerances must also be stated when booking. On the evening itself we charge a fee of € 15.
