After 2 successful pop-ups in Kortrijk and Ghent, we decided to open a permanent location on the outskirts of Ghent. Still run by ourselves, Chef Thomas Gellynck and Sommelier Lara De Vlieger. Together with our architect Merijn Degraeve, we opted for a Japanese minimalist design, the Wabi Sabi atmosphere with many natural and raw elements. Surrounded by greenery and forest, we were inspired by nature. In the kitchen you find home-grown herbs, organic, local products and wines with low intervention. With the open kitchen where cooking is regularly done on an open fire, we want to reveal our pure vision and give you a unique experience. You can sit down at our chef's table with a view on the bar, the kitchen and the chefs in full action.
